We need to find a way to have prospective registrants click a check box that indicates they have read (and agreed to) the terms of the
release form.  If the prospective registrant does not agree, they should not be able to "Continue" the registration process.

I added a radio button as a Yes/No field to the set of custom data, added it as a required field to the individual profile dataset, but do not yet see a way to disable Continue if they do not set the filed to yes. 


Any suggestions?

Interesting idea ... but the list of alternatives for custom fields only has a yes/no pair of radio buttons - no check box. 

If all else fails, I suppose I can make a 1-charactger text field and have users type a lower case x or something

By the way, would you have any idea of which php file winds up processing

in case that didn't make sense - as i was writing from memory - what i meant was under alphanumeric - which shows text as default - there is a checksum option - by default two of the options are set to 'active' - so unset the second, and put Yes for the Label/value for the first

note sometimes after selection checksum you need to click elsewhere on the page for it to react and show you where to put the options
