Hello,

I'm using an online membership application form. When the second include profile (bottom of page) of the contribution has more than 2 fields, the system has a fatal error:
When you go to the contribution page and confirm the contribution, you see the correct verification screen. When you now click "Continue", the new contact is added, an e-mail is sent as required, but a blanc screen is shown.
It works fine, when the profile has only got 1 or 2 fields.

Can you reproduce this issue on the demo server please

It works in the sandbox. Any hint, how to proceed?

The behaviour on my site is very strange. When checking " ...on behalf of organzisation", it always shows the very first page of the contribution, when unchecking this checkbox, it works!?
