Change default in select box

I'm displaying a select box for users to enter their website addresses. The default is "Home" and I want to change this. I can't find anything in "Administer/Options lists" where I can change the default for any of the options lists.

Is it possible to do this and if so, how?

YOUR-SITE.ORG/civicrm/admin/locationType?reset=1

that is a global change of default location type.

If you want only to change this specific page, use Jquery

Page not found - can I get to it from a menu?

[later] - found it thanks as /administrator/?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/admin/locationType&reset=1

However, this is for global change not just for website (or phone, etc). Is it possible to do it on a per item basis?
