Hi.. I've just upgraded to 3.4.4.
Now my Civi is in English.... but I need to have it on my language as before.

How can I do?

Did you also download and upgrade the localization file civicrm-4.0.4-l10n.tar.gz ?

I downloaded the file to upgrade... where is the file to upgrade the localization?

Where did you get the file for the upgrade from? If it was from http://sourceforge.net/projects/civicrm/files/civicrm-stable/3.4.4/, then the localisation file is on the same page called civicrm-3.4.4-l10n.tar.gz.
