Undefined index: subject in CRM_Activity_Form_Activity->setDefaultValues()
July 14, 2011, 06:26:27 am
I have just upgraded a CiviCRM 3.4 site to 4.0 and I am getting
Undefined index: subject in CRM_Activity_Form_Activity->setDefaultValues() (line 577 of <path>sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Activity/Form/Activity.php).

Is it safe to ignore this, or should I be doing something?
