Job Description
1. Home page event search form (created with civicrm) and event sign-up/registration:
•Search by location and area of interest, with option to search for “virtual” events.
•Search results will show event description (details, street location in google map, event pics) and signup.
When a user searches for an event based on Location & Area of Interest, an event listing page will appear & will list all events (Name, description & date) that match the searched criteria. When user clicks on an event, he will be taken to details page, which will show event details.
Also we need to show an ‘Upcoming Events’ list on right hand side of search form Upcoming Events list will show title & date of 5 upcoming events. Clicking on any event will go to the details page as described above.


Estimated time for this task1 is 6hrs. Note that some work has already been done.

2. User profiles registration and login:
•Create registration process and profile for three different categories of users using civicrm.
• Registration process will proceed in stages:
o First stage – Choose between Volunteer or Host
o Second stage - Collect Name and Email and Password. Verify Email.
o Third stage - Choose type of volunteer or host based on First Stage – Individual, Group, Organization, Corporation, Office, etc.
o Fourth stage – Collect biographic data (some required, some optional) and picture
•Synchronize registration and log-in with facebook connect/linkedin login.
•User profiles must include:
-Picture
- Events signed up
-History of past events signed for
-Form to write and post story about current/past events signed up for.
-Ability to upload and post event pictures.

•Email address sign up tool on homepage: Collect email addresses on home page (“Be the First to Know”) and integrate with civicrm database. Add signup for newsletter module on homepage & pass the email address entered to civicrm database.

Estimated time for this task2 is 6hrs. Note that some work has already been done.

3.Contribution tool :
•Integrate paypal with civicontribute and make seamless. All transactions to happen on page without leaving to paypal site. Check reference at https://baykeeper.org/civicrm/contribut.

Estimated time for this task3 is 6hrs.

Great english communication skills; Availability through skype and IM. Good technical skills. Experienced civicrm developer.
