Hi,

I am creating an event using civicrm. I need an option to register from same email address. When i try to register with same email address again it is saying that 'Oops. It looks like you are already registered for this event. If you want to change your registration, or you feel that you've gotten this message in error, please contact the site administrator. You can also register another participant.'

Could you please suggest where I need to change to accept registration from same email address?.

If you are registering for other people - why not use the "back-office" Register for Event form. If the contact doesn't already exist in the DB, use the Create New button on the left-hand column (Create New -> Event Registration).
