How to make activity field to expose

Hi,

i want to make a form which is publicly viewable. but this form is for an activity. so when a person submit the form. this logs as an activity to a certain member activites and from there he/she assign to other or can close it. i want to make custom activity.
i know its lame but i could find any quick solution. if some one help me in this ll be great. as i am on very shot deadline to do this.

You could do it with a custom form and CiviCRM hooks, all in a custom Drupal module.
