Adding street address to honor/memory?

Would like to add address fields (street, city, state, postal, country) to the honor/memory section in addition to the basic name and email.

Has anyone ever done this?  Would it be a matter of creating a custom module or is there a less complex method I am overlooking?  Thanks!

Could you not simply create a new location type called honor/memory?
