Using email address as username - Joomla
July 21, 2011, 04:52:02 am
Hi
I've created a member registration profile that also registers a Joomla user for login purposes. The client does't want usernames, but want's people to just use their email address and password for logging in. There are a couple of Joomla plugins that do this for normal Joomla registration. I would like to alter the member registration profile to do the same.. Not sure where to start. Not even sure where the language file is to change a few labels. Any help appreciated.

Thanks
Steve Jacobs
