Hi,

I can't seem to get CiviCRM 4 installed (this is my first CiviCRM4 install, Civi3.4 always worked for me). When I go to Modules / Install New modules I see this warning which I can't make sense of:

Warning: fileowner() [function.fileowner]: stat failed for temporary://update_w60839 in update_manager_local_transfers_allowed() (line 906 of /home/crmkeish/public_html/modules/update/update.manager.inc).

After trying to install the module I see more drupal warnings:
    Warning: fileowner() [function.fileowner]: stat failed for temporary://update_hcLpSu in update_manager_local_transfers_allowed() (line 906 of /home/crmkeish/public_html/modules/update/update.manager.inc).
    Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: Unable to access in DrupalLocalStreamWrapper->mkdir() (line 627 of /home/crmkeish/public_html/includes/stream_wrappers.inc).
    Warning: fileowner() [function.fileowner]: stat failed for temporary://update_cs7m6V in update_manager_local_transfers_allowed() (line 906 of /home/crmkeish/public_html/modules/update/update.manager.inc).


When this didn't work I tried the old fashioned wget, tar then index.php method but I can't hit the index.php file. Can anybody help me out here please?
