Cant run upgrade utility after upgrade from 3.1.4 to 3.4.4
July 21, 2011, 03:59:00 pm
Hi,
I receive this error:

Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.
Database check failed - the database looks to have been partially upgraded. You may want to reload the database with the backup and try the upgrade process again.

Anyway to go around this error?

Is it possible to ignore the "upgrade" errors, and make this script continue anyway?

Regards Tomas

Sorry, currently no.

You'll need to restore from backup and then re-run the upgrade

Thanks for reply

The problem is that I tried a beta or alpha version of CiviCRM just to try to solve the PHP problem I had.
And It looks like that version worked, no errors, but apperantly something went wrong after that upgrade.

Now I cant restore becuase it hapends too long time ago.

I tried to install a brand new CiviCRM, but the menus wouldn't work for me either with joomla 1.5 and firefox.
The only version I could get the Menus to work, is @ 3.1.4, but that does not work with PHP 5.3

How can I get a brand new CiviCRM to work first?

Regards Tomas
