Just migrated data in house and upgraded- can't find some menus- what's wrong

We just migrated our data in house from CSOD and upgraded to 1.9- The custom menus I built in the old database are not there, and I can't find the link to edit menus in the administration panel. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?? 
 ???

Assuming you're now using a current version of Drupal, and your user role has "administer menu" permission under Administer >> Access Control... you should be able to add and edit menu items from Administer >> Site Building >> Menus. The drupal path for this is http://<your site>/admin/build/menu

I think CSOD had implemented some custom user interfaces for administration tasks - so if you're now using "out of the box" drupal - you may want to review the documentation at Drupal.org to get up to speed on the standard admin screens etc.
