Can't select profile that I created in Online Registration settings

I created a profile that has fields for company information. I want to include this form in the Online Registration for my event. Problem is the profile is not listed in the dropdown to select. What am I doing wrong? I am so confused :(

Registration form will only use fields for Individuals. One option would be to make a $0 donation page, or free event, and apply the 'on behalf of organisation' option. There may be better or more technical solutions that others will suggest
