I have set up different events on my site. When one registers for an event, one may pay the entire amount or pay the deposit only. So if one pays with deposit only and then mail in a payment later, how do I "enter" the remaining payment amount into the system? I tried to add "contribution" and make sure the "source" is the event title, but when I tried to pull an Event Income report, the remaining payment isn't shown.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

There is a Make it Happen initiative to make event 'deposits' possible.

In the meantime I would edit their original contribution of 'deposit only' and change the $ to the full amount, rather than attempt to enter a new contribution.
