[Solved] What's the link for signing a petition?
August 04, 2011, 07:13:59 am
Hi.

What's the link for signing a petition? It's not a Joomla menu item option. Based on the documentation I went for

http://www.example.org/index.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/petition/sign&sid=1&reset=1

But that didn't work - I get a "you don't have permission" error.

Incidentally creating a "create a personal campaign page" link appears to fail because it is incomplete (there is nothing in it that tells the site which page you chose to create, even though it was in the options when the link was set up).

Sorry, can't find the Joomla sandbox to find out if this is just me.

I'd guessed right - but not set the ACL.... us Joomla users haven't got used to it yet, obviously
