I created a PCP, and received the two emails - one for the user, and one for me as webmaster. However, I was unable to login as the "user" to edit my PCP because of the above error message.  I never received any message to "activate" the account.

I don't know if this issue has anything to do with my additional inability to view the PCP as an administrator.  The row had a red line through all the text, and would not let me review the PCP - only the Contribution Page. I had to Approve it without seeing it in order to view it or edit it.

Also, the menu links to View or Create Personal Campaign Page don't work either. Are all of these issues related?

The error I get for the Create PCP page from the menu link is:

I think there might be some bug with PCP page menu creation. Please file a bug report for it.

To file a bug report go to:
http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse

Please:
1. create an account
2. create an issue of type "bug" for CiviCRM
3. follow the steps and do your best to provide examples in the bug report
4. submit
