Steps to include PayPal

Can anyone direct me to the steps to include a PayPal payment option?  I already have the credit cards payment options set up and would like to include PayPal for those persons who would like to use PayPal.

Do you mean PayPal express? When you configure Paypal Pro you will get link "Checkout with PayPal", above credit card section for your contribution  / event pages
