problems with my dashlets loading reports
August 08, 2011, 07:22:18 pm
Hello,
The dashlets do not load reports as seen on the attached pic. interestingly, when i as admin refresh my dashboard, all the reports show up and for other non admin users too. When the non admin user refreshes his dashboard, the reports are no longer loaded until i (admin) refresh my dashboard. i have checked permissions, made sure reports are available to the dashboard etc but to no avail please help......

Drupal 6.22
Civicrm 3.4.4
jQuery UI   1.8.11
jQuery Update   1.5.2

I think there was minor bug in dashlets which might be fixed in current stable. So can you please upgrade to 3.4.5 and check if problem persist.

Thanks
Kurund

Did you check if it works on garland theme ?

Can you also try disabling below modules and check if that helps

Hello,

Disable the modules and further and module that runs jquery with no luck. Cleared caches, deleted templates_c folder contents etc. I also used the garland theme to test all this and it keeps the same. thanks for the help.........

After long searching, i believe i have a permissions issue. i guess my ignorance bears to surface on what I'm trying to do. What I'm trying to do is give access to some site users on certain reports without giving them wholesome access to all the civicrm features. if i give a power user admin access, they view the reports just OK. So i guess my question is how to do this if even it is possible.....
