One CiviCRM - Multiple Drupal Sites?

Hi folks,

I have a central Drupal site with a CiviCRM database that is the main site for an organization I'm working for. However, I'm developing sub domains for chapters of this organization which act as their own independent Drupal sites. However, I want each of these Drupal sites connecting to the same central CiviCRM database. I searched the documentation and couldn't find anything, so I figured I'd ask how to do this here.
