Food Prefference Reset

Installed 4.0.5 and when checking Attendee List Report selected a soup in food preference.  Now I can not seem to deselect it.  I can select another soup but there is no selection for none.  Did I miss something?

Only solution I could find was to drop Food_Preference from the civicrm_custom_group table.  I was then able to do a query and fine the participants.  Previously once I selected a soup I could not deselect it and having no participants with any soup choice I would have no returns for participants.  Maybe there is an easier way to de-select a choice used in the Attendee List Report but I could not find one.

Once a soup was selected the report was worthless as the soup could not be removed from the selction.  The only  change was to select another choice.  When the box at the top of the selection for food choice had no check in it the soup selection was still selected.

Am I the only one to notice this bug/error?
