Dear All,

My organization has a Members Directory, and my boss wants to allow members to edit their contact information online, so I've set up a profile to do just that.  However, I find out that some members "remove" their information rather than "update" their information, so we end up losing some of the members' contact information...

So, just curious, is there a way for an administrator to "approve" the change before this change is implemented into the db?  Or what is the best practice for my case?  I was thinking of duplicating their contact information into a new location type, but since most members have more than 3 locations (home, work1 and work2), this will really clutter up the "Summary" tab.

Any advice is appreciated!

Thanks, Lobo.  In the meantime, I will just duplicate their information and have it being placed into a separate profile tabs then.
