Payment Processor Error message: 1:103 This transaction cannot be accepted
August 10, 2011, 12:06:08 pm
Though I've had limited experience with CiviContribute, I've never encountered this error before.

The site in question uses Authorize.net for the payment processor, contributions have been coming in fine without issue for as long as it has been installed and configured. Staff reports that no changes have been made to the admin side of CiviCRM, and the Authorize.Net payment processor still appears under payment processors with the API Login, payment key and URL.

When users attempt to contribute on the front side, they get:
Payment Processor Error message: 1:103 This transaction cannot be accepted

On the backend, when trying to look at a page in test-drive, we get:
Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.
APILogin is not set for this payment processor
Key is not set for this payment processor
Return to home page.

All while the Authorize info remains in the payment processor list, is enabled and set as default.

Account with Authorize remains current and active.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Was there any resolution on this? I'm running into a similar issue.
