Civi Email-to-Activity works great if we use CC but not BCC (Autofiling)

Is there a setting I am missing?
The mail account being used sees the email and even places it in INBOX/CiviMail/Processed but does not put it under the person Activity.
But the same to and from works if the CC field is used instead for the CiviCRM email account being used.

It should work. Would be great if you could debug

(tip to debug, you can move back the email from the processed imap folder to the inbox and run the script again)

So far, after even CC failing, I got it all working again by deleting all the mail in that account since this is all it does it was not big deal.
