Fatal error uninstalling CiviCRM from Drupal 7.X

Drupal 7.X breaks compatibility with CiviCRM 3.0, so it is disabled after the upgrade process from Drupal 6.X to 7.  I have decided to uninstall all incompatible modules to re-evaluate them at a later date.  All uninstalls were successful with the exception of CiviCRM, which caused the following error to show up in my browser:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function drupal_set_html_head() in /home/content/l/p/c/lpchampaign/html/drupal/sites/all/modules/civicrm/drupal/civicrm.module on line 269

I have tried updating Drupal 7 to see if the issue goes away, but I get the same fatal error every time I try to uninstall.

There is no way to uninstall CiviCRM 3.4 from Drupal 7 because the CiviCRM code is only compatible with Drupal 6. You can just remove the CiviCRM module files and that be should be enough.

Thanks, I'll try to uninstall the module manually.  What about any tables I should remove?  Or have they been dropped already by uninstalling the child modules?

civicrm_
