Hi, It's my first year with CiviCRM but I've been using Joomla for 4 years.

On January I will need to start the renew process for my members.

How does renew process work?
The day after the expire date... will the membership account suspend automatically?
Do I have to do something?

Is there any documentation or some example to view?

much of that will depend on how you have things setup.
in particular, review your membership status rules, confirm if you have the UpdateMembershipRecord.php cronjob running, and see if you have enabled automatic renewal reminder emails.
