Tabs not showing
August 15, 2011, 06:09:04 pm
I just moved my CiviCRM from a Windows 2008 Server to Ubuntu 11.04. Everything went quite alright with CiviCRM but when I click on the tabs the screen comes out without themes. Attached is how the Change Log looks like if I click on the Organization profile - Change Log tab.

All the tabs are behaving the same way. Does anyone know why? Please help. Many thanks in advance.

If this is a Drupal site, then flush all caches, visit your Themes page and submit it and be sure you removed all files and directories from sites/default/files/civicrm/templates_c

Thanks for the response. Yes, this is a Drupal site. The cache was disabled, I have resubmitted the Theme page and removed everything in template_c but the problem persists.

The version of Drupal is 6.20. Would you say this is a Drupal problem or CiviCRM?

Ok, I've figured it out... feeling kindly silly too. It was because the new environment didn't allow Clean URL but the old environment used it.

Nonetheless, thanks for the advice.
