relative URLgiven in event rss feed

The useful RSS feed that CIviEvent generates (e.g. http://civicrm.org/civicrm/event/ical?page=1&reset=1&rss=1) seems to produce a relative URL in the link tag (e.g. <link>/civicrm/event/info?reset=1&amp;id=145</link>).

When this is pulled in by an RSS aggregator on a different site (e.g. Drupal's Aggregator module) the result is a broken link back to the event item.

The example in the RSS 2.0 spec (http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/rss/rss.html) seems to indicate that we should be producing absolute links here.

If this is a bug let me know and I'd be happy to submit a patch.
