Hi - having a senior moment here.

Membership Type is for an Organisation - so there is a Primary Contact who should receive the 'time to renew' email.

This has been sent out and

• some have renewed and paid - yay
• some have renewed and are still Pending Pay Later
• some haven't renewed yet

So my goal is to find a foolproof method of identify the Individuals who have an Inherited Membership that is still Grace and which is not a Pending Pay Later.

I was thinking I would need to go down a route of 'include Group of those who are Grace, and exclude Group of those who are Pay Later'

Problems I am hitting include
- existing ie Grace memberships that are 'Pending Pay Later' are still listed as Status = Grace and I am not seeing how I can isolate the ones I want
- searching for Memberships = Pay Later therefore seems to ignore those that are Grace and only show me those whose Status = Pending which are only the New ones
- I can find Contributions that have come from the 'join/renew' page that are Pay Later, but that only gives me the Organisations

Am I missing an obvious piece of the puzzle - or an entirely different route. Thanks
