Hi

I was wondering if we could add Wairarapa as a State for New Zealand. Although it is 'technically' part of Wellington, geographically it is separated by a mountain range, so for the purposes of organising people it is not helpful.

Also, 'waikato' has a small W in the list. Could this please be corrected?

Any advice on how to add a State without causing FOREIGN KEY errors would be much appreciated.
