Hello--

We are using CiviCRM 4.0.5 and Joomla 1.7.

We have a contribution page which is not working correctly. The error we get is:

Payment Processor Error message: 9010:Error: [6042 Invalid Request Format XML request is not well-formed or request is incomplete.] - from payment processor

When I edit the Contribution page, the 'Amount' tab is greyed out, even though the 'Execute Real Time Transactions' checkbox is checked.

We recently went live on this site and do not know if that is contributing to our problem. When we did go live, we changed the url from 'test.mysite.com' to 'www.mysite.com'.

Any ideas?

Thanks Lobo. I should have been more clear on my first post. We did not change the location of Joomla or CiviCRM on the server. We just changed the URL. And we did update both instances of civicrm.settings.php.

Also, I have a few questions.

Item 1 in the instructions suggest that we ignore the following tables when doing a database dump:

civicrm_domain
civicrm_acl_cache
civicrm_contact_cache
civicrm_cache
civicrm_group_contact_cache

Since we are not relocating the database (just reassigning the URL), is it safe to simply truncate the above tables? Or leave the civicrm_domain table and set the Config_Backend column to NULL?

On item 3 (delete files with cache settings), we are supposed to delete only the files, correct? We leave the subdirectories in this folder?
