Copying Price fields.

Now that price sets supports early-bird rates, it would be good to have the ability to copy a price field just as an entire price set can be copied.  This would save time.

It would then be easy to edit the price field changing the prices and active-on and expires-on dates.   The number, titles, descriptions and order of options, as well as the Participants Count and Max Participants would usually be unchanged even though the prices change from early-bird to  standard rates.
