Reports of pdf format change - single spacing changed to double

We are hearing reports that in 3.4.5 the pdf spacing between lines has gone from single to double - anyone else experience changes lately

Looks like the problem was the margins. The new pdf format options come with margins & the margins seem to be in addition to some exisiting margin so we needed to reset them all back to 0
