Virtual Image: Drupal7/CiviCRM4
August 29, 2011, 12:55:47 pm
I just finished a Drupal7 / CiviCRM4 install, and because lately I've been doing all my work in virtual images, I ended up with a nice two-gig image of a complete installation. Debian Squeeze, pulling in Drupal7 from backports, all the web infrastructure (and MySQL) from main, CiviCRM 4.0.5 from SF, and all the VMWare modules compiled and loaded in.

Is this of interest to anyone? I'd be willing to upload it to /one/ place, if somebody else cared to adopt and seed it. It's not good for production work -- I deliberately left the passwords all the same short string -- but as a prebuilt experimental toy, or alternately a known working copy to check against, there might be some value to it.

Let me know if you want it!
