formatting/template problem - borders getting messed up

hi all,

im not sure how to explain this problem. please take a look at the following page (http://www.whatnowamerica.org/support-us/school-supply-drive) the top border of my template is messed up as you can see. i started having this problem when i upgraded to 3.3.5. i followed all the instructions, debugging, deleting old templates, updating log files and so on but the problem still existed. I just upgraded to 3.4.5 and followed the same instructions but the problem still exists. please help? im running Joomla 1.5.20 on bluehost.

i really appreciate your time and help.

http://www.whatnowamerica.org/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/jquery/plugins/DataTables-1.7.6/media/css/demo_table_jui.css in line 317 has CSS code that breaks your look.

By the way, I would strongly suggest you upgrade your Joomla! because 1.5.20 is not secure.
