Batch Update for Activities does not include the 'with' column

Scenario - user fills in form (using webform integration but that is not a factor - just for other readers of this thread) and result is an Activity is created with the Organisation that the user is connected to - including a field saying 'kit is sent - yes/no'
So objective is to then use Activities Batch Update to find all those with 'kit is sent = no' and update that field
Problem is that on the Batch Update screen the Activity is listed with the NAME column being of the person who 'Added' the Activity, not the 'target' of the Activity - which means in this scenario (and i think many others) it becomes impossible to use.

Is this a bug/oversight that we should work on a patch for or do we just customise this because ours is an 'odd case'?

Are their scenarios where you do want the 'added by' column?

Should we have both the Added by and 'With'?

Or is the fact that 'with' can be multiple contacts going to trip us up?

Would others prefer to have the 'assigned to' field as a column?

Obviously can't do all the cols without using lots of screen space - but maybe easier to include them and let 'customisers' just comment them out?

dlobo - will be changed (back) to the target in 3.4.6 (bug was introduced in 3.4.0 or so)
and if multiple contacts, i think we'll link to one random contact
kurund has it fixed in his svn (might have checked it in)
