Since the latest update to civi 3.4.5, The Advanced Search by Search Operator "AND" or "OR" with custom fields is no longer working correctly on the subsequent results that are returned from a search.

From the note about the search operator

Use the Search Operator to determine whether your criteria are combined with AND statements, or combined with OR statements. For example, you may want to find all individuals who are in the Volunteers group AND who have a Volunteer Training activity recorded for them. In this case use the AND operator. If you need to find everyone who is in the Volunteers group OR has a Volunteer Training activity recorded, use the OR operator.

In our case if we select the "OR" clause and select more than 2 custom fields for the search results, we get the results we expect, but when we go to export, create labels, etc, only about 20 records are acted upon.

This has been working perfectly up until we updated to 3.4.5.
