{contact.last_name} token in subject of system workflow message template
September 04, 2011, 04:15:58 pm
Hi all,

I need to use the {contact.last_name} token in the subject of a system workflow message template. It doesn't seem to get filled when I send the message. I've also tried display_name and billing_name. Actually, first_name is the only one that's worked, so far.  I've tried with event and contribution receipt messages.

Can anyone offer trouble-shooting advice?

TIA
