We are in need of a payment plugin that supports Intuit Payment Solutions.

I have looked at the existing plugin here: Intuit QuickBooks Payment Processor (http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-6705) but not sure this would work for us.
After uploading the files provided the processor does not appear as an option in Civi under the drop down for Payment Processor Type. There is no concise installation instructions included with that plugin so cant be sure it was done correctly. Are there any further steps beyond uploading the files where shown and then renaming as indicated?

We are using CiviCRM 4.0.3 and Joomla 1.7.0

Anyone have some insight on this or know of another plugin being developed using Intuit Payments Connect?
