Better placement for contact pictures

Hey there,

Currently, when a contact picture is added, it appears above the contact record pushing everything else down and leaving a pretty huge amount (230px high in this case!) of white space at the top of the contact record.  See attached screenshot.

Would be great if we could find a nicer place for the pic.  How about the suggested.

Let us know if there are any objections or better ideas and we will create an issue and patch.
