Greetings all, I need to add a flat 3% processing fee to the total fees for an online conference registration.  I did find this topic that addresses this for Drupal:

That topic discusses implementing a hook for a conditional processing fee depending on the payment type and possible administrator's input. 

My question is:  do I need to do something this complicated just to add a processing fee line item to all payments? Or is there a simpler way to do it?  (There is no conditional input for this event -- all participants must pay this fee -- I just need to total their fees and add a 3% surcharge to the payment total in the online registration process)
