Shared Address visibility
September 07, 2011, 05:49:10 pm
Our customer has been finding it difficult that they can see on the contact dashboard that an address is shared for the secondary contact but not for the master contact.

This seems like a sensible & common requirement. It would seem that fixing

        $shareAddressContactNames = CRM_Contact_BAO_Contact_Utils::getAddressShareContactNames( $defaults['address'] );

to return 2-way relationships & then tweaking CRM_Contact_Page_View_Summary around line 222 to assign both direction shared addresses to the TPL would make sense in spouse relationships - but I guess only if there was only 1-2 other shared address contacts - otherwise it starts to get complicated doesn't it?
