Valid CiviEvent iCal feed not mapping after migration
September 07, 2011, 06:40:22 pm
Running Drupal 6.22
CiviCRM 3.1.3
FeedAPI   6.x-1.9-Beta3
FeedAPI Mapper   6.x-1.3
iCal parser   6.x-1.1

I successfully deployed a CiviEvent / Views calendar via iCal feeds using the popular method "Using Drupal Calendar with CiviEvent" (option 2):

This site serves 4 domains (url misspelling and .com and .org)

I would manually run the cron job to populate the calendar from the iCal feed.

I then had to migrate this site to a new server.  To do this, I initially developed the site under the <misspelled-url>.com and then migrated the other urls when ready and changed the appropriate settings in Drupal and CiviCRM.

I did test the CiviCRM to Drupal Views Calendar functionality and all appeared well prior to changing the default Drupal URL to the <correct-url>.org.

Once the site was set to serve all 4 of the URLs, I could no longer get the content item that served as my Feed mapper to correctly accept the iCal feed.  It just shows the generic 4 feeds available; no VEVENT, etc.

The feed (redacted) is valid and recognized by Outlook.

When I supply the CiviCRM test iCal feed does show the correct additional iCal sources in the Map.

I have tried:
1) a fresh install of CiviCRM albeit with the original database.
2) all 4 permutations of the url for the iCal feed
3) every other recommendation I could find in the forums

I'd love to not have to rebuild the Calendar View and feed nodes and to understand what's really happening here.

Thanks!
