I didn't find any Contribution Widget update information here--the new contribution widget is pretty slick, and is a little bit more presentable than the old 2-tabbed version.

I was trying to find the widget code so could change the contribution total query to include "pending" transactions, as that fits our need better.

Older posts reference the old civicrm/CRM/Widget/Widget.php script, but it is deprecated and has not been removed from the code tree.

The new script for the widget lives in civicrm/CRM/Contribute/BAO/Widget.php, and any changes you need to make in the query can be found here.

I hope this helps someone.

Where would I post a bug report to remove this code?  And (for pity's sake) the long-deprecated flash code?

I think extending contribution widget with the ability to pass status / filter on status will be great addition. Currently it shows only completed contributions.
So ideally you should be able to pass statuses.

Go ahead and file an issue to remove old widget code.

Is there a way to do this? I'd like to see the pledges be counted in the progress thermometer.
