We've recently upgraded from Drupal 5 / CiviCRM 1.9 to Drupal 7.7 / CiviCRM 4.0.5

Sometimes, but not always we are getting the following error message when updating the value in a checkbox custom field.  May happen with other fields, but noticed it when updating the custom field.  The update does happen.

Warning: array_flip() [function.array-flip]: Can only flip STRING and INTEGER values! in DrupalDefaultEntityController->load() (line 178 of /home/healthcare/www/www/includes/entity.inc).

Any idea what to look for - freaks some of our users out.

I just got this same error working on a fresh install of Civi 4.0.6 on Drupal 7.8. I was simply editing the email address of a contact. The installation is on a host that I'm new to, so it may just possibly have been down to something related to the hosting environment (although I can't think what).

I just got this too on a practically fresh install. It occurred when editing a contact:

Warning: array_flip() [function.array-flip]: Can only flip STRING and INTEGER values! in DrupalDefaultEntityController->load() (line 178 of /var/www/vhosts/ifm.org.uk/httpdocs/includes/entity.inc).

Strangely I am not able replicate this error. It is possible that the error might be related to site setup. i.e. modules installed etc.
It would be great if someone who is able to replicate this can come up with the patch to fix this error.
