How to create new profiles?

After update to 3.4.5 (I use Joomla 1.5.23) my profile link for registration doesn't work.
Now I want to try to create a new profile.

I've just read this link:
http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC40/How+to+Create+Profiles

but when I try to create a new profile I don't have the choice to select "User Registration", "view/edit user account", "Profile", "Search"....
I have only "Profile", "Search"

Do I have to do something else?
I need a new profile for User Registration

just mark it profile.

the two you are missing are drupal only options.

probably would have been fine to keep this question with your original thread rather than start a new one.
support CiviCRM through 'make it happen' initiatives!
