Where is Activity Summary Email Formed

Where in the code is the email with an activity summary created? I want to add a custom note to these emails.

Attached is a sample to clarify which email I mean.

just go to administer > configure > custom templates > system workflow templates

you can modify the template there and add text as desired.
support CiviCRM through 'make it happen' initiatives!
