hi - when an activity is created and the assignee gets sent an email notification - we need to include the custom fields associated with that Activity Type.

Eileen says it probably requires a token module - but just wondering if anyone has found other routes for this.

And he dares second guessing our eileen?

Anyway, as the messages are smarty, might be possible to use {crmAPI}?

If it doesn't work, where are we with the option of being able to pass parameters to token? Lobo mentioned he did something at Bourne, didn't he?

And wouldn't it be nice to have a generic {getValue.Entity.Field|param1=|param2=} ?

(and would need some cache, which we should introduce in the get value anyway)
