When trying to create new profile on clean install I get "unrecoverable error"

OOPS, sorry, solved it, had to sync drupal and civicrm profile.... Anyway, could be a tip

It's the very first action I take in the new, clean, civicrm database.

Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.
DB Error: constraint violation
Error Details
Return to home page.

Anyone have a solution?
