Check <site_url>/civicrm/admin/domain?action=update&reset=1

If that's not it check <site_url>/civicrm/admin/options/from_email?group=from_email_address&reset=1

If that's not it can you provide more info about the steps you are doing when you get that message?

Both URL show me domain information. There's an email adress and a name. That's seems good.
To have this message, I search my contact and this screen (view the picture) I'm using "Send email" from the menu "Actions"
Thanks for your help

There's something about your (the sender's) contact email it doesn't like.
Check if you maybe have two emails defined (like home and work) and somehow one is blank/missing.

I think the message is coming from CRM/Contact/Form/Task/EmailCommon.php in preProcessFromAddress().

Hi,

Thanks for your help. I delete my contact on civicrm and make a new sync for the users. And now it's working...
